With a degree in Mechanical Engineering (FH) and a strong focus on the automotive industry, I have gained extensive experience of over 35 years in product design, product engineering, and project management. In these roles, I was responsible for developing new products, their technical implementation, and leading complex projects efficiently.

A significant part of my career involved taking on responsibility for establishing new production facilities for automotive suppliers, with workforces ranging from 100 to 2,000 employees. As a Global Account Director, I was deeply involved in the management and execution of setting up these plants.

I oversaw key areas, including product development, project management, and customer relations, ensuring that the new facilities were designed efficiently and in line with market demands.

In addition, I have broad experience in logistics, quality management, cost optimization, and localization. These skills enable me to create comprehensive solutions that meet both strategic and operational needs, driving competitiveness and sustainable growth.
